The purpose of Ngā Tāngata Microfinance is to contribute to the prevention and alleviation of unmanageable and unproductive high-interest debt. Debt is a key factor in the poverty cycle.

Access to safer credit has a direct impact on the well-being of families and communities across Aotearoa.
