How donations through The Good Registry help tackle food insecurity

Donations through The Good Registry support the essential mahi of our 65 charity partners right across Aotearoa.

One of those charities is Auckland City Mission - Te Tāpu Atawhai, which has so far received more than $24,500 from our Good Registry grifters (as at August 2023).

The Mission shared with us recently some soul-filling insight into the impact that koha has - helping to effectively respond to food insecurity in the community.🥗🍲

"The donations already received have provided 8,500+ meals via our food parcel service and contribute to our focus on being sustainable in our response to great need whilst also focussing on systemic change.

"We couldn’t do what we do without the enduring generosity and kindness of organisations such as the Good Registry who also believe in supporting people when they need it most. Their support means the Mission can respond to people needing our support, whenever and however that might be.

"We seek and engage in authentic partnerships and our relationship with The Good Registry supports the building of such relationships characterised by mutual trust, integrity, respect, transparency and collaboration." 💜💜💜

Ngā mihi nui to everyone who supports this kaupapa by gifting donations instead of stuff through The Good Registry - big and small businesses & organisations, event organisers, and individuals young and old around the motu.

Thank you so much for the good change you are helping to create by gifting with us.

Our givers can donate to Bellyful (or any of our 65 other charity partners) with our Good Gift Cards, or by creating a registry for a special event like a birthday.
